Here is a paragraph I had to write for school about being a snow boot.
Man, it’s hot in this box! I guess sometimes being a long, black, fuzzy snow boot has its downsides. I’m just sitting here and all of a sudden my sister kicks me. “Hey!” I yell. “What was that for?” “Shh,” she said. “Do you feel that?” We sit there for a minute, then all of a sudden the box started shaking like crazy. “Ahh!!” we scream. Then about 30 minutes later the box lid opens and some girl puts us on her feet. Now you would think it would smell really bad but it usually doesn’t smell at all! A little while later the girl climbed up a bunch of stairs. “Finally!” I said. “It feels like we have been walking forever!”Then we heard someone say that we were taking off and we would be in Colorado in 1 hour. “What does that mean?” I asked. “I don’t know,” my sister said. An hour later they had to be in Colorado by now. “Thank goodness that nightmare is over!” Jessica said. Now we are in some kind of house, and the girl took us off. “Good night,” said Jessica. I was already asleep.
The next day was terrifying. We got up super early. And when we went outside it was freezing. I got a lot of snow in me! It got really scary when the girl decided to go snowboarding. It was bad because none of us are good at snowboarding. We were just fine though, until the girl, whose name is Melody, tried to do some kind of flip. Jessica and I ended up 5 feet in the snow. Later, Melody had hot chocolate and spilled it on me! When we went mountain climbing, I thought I was going to fall apart. Lastly, we went ice fishing. For some reason Melody stepped on the thin ice and we fell in freezing water. It was funny though when Jessica caught a fish. Now I am still so freezing! I wish I was a flip flop.
